Kerala control board may assume control NTPC Plant

Power is not being sourced but the state has to keep paying an annual fixed charge
Thiruvananthapuram: Power serve M. M. Mani said the proposition to assume control NTPC Kayamkulam was under the thought of the state government. In any case, there is a contradiction over the cost.
